As far back as I can remember, I have always been interested in how things work. In my earlier years, I learned a lot through what I will now refer to as reverse engineering but my mother will be quick to call it breaking her vacuum. But there was not a trade my mother hired that I wouldn’t follow around asking a hundred “why” questions and watch intently to see what they were doing… and how they took things apart.
That curiosity I had as a child persists today as I inspect homes, constantly trying to answer the question “why”. I find home inspection the ultimate in learning as I get to continually discover new techniques and products used by both professionals and yes, even homeowners looking to solve a problem the best they can.
I am not a contractor, electrician, plumber, or builder. When I inspect a home, I do so only as a home inspector trained to find problems and defects. When you hire me, you can rest assured that my inspection will be unbiased with my only objective being to educate you about the home and its safety.
The process of buying a home is overwhelming, often requiring you to put faith in professionals you have never met and with barely any time to search around. Don’t rush with such a critical part of the buying process. Call around and speak with inspectors and only hire someone you are comfortable and get along with. If you honor me with your inspection, I will use my range of skills, knowledge, and life-experience to help ensure you are getting the home you expect.
Appointments fill quickly. Call or text (443) 559-7028 to discuss and schedule your inspection. Once you talk with me you will know I am the right inspector for you!
