Buying a house can be very stressful but Aaron made the home inspection portion very easy and informational. Many home inspectors are not allowing you to be there at the home during these Covid days but Aaron allowed us to be there with masks and gloves for safety. Aaron did an 11 month home warranty inspection on our new build to help us find any issues that needed to be corrected by the builder prior to our warranty ending. Aaron was incredibly thorough and explained all of the issues he found to us in detail. His report was extremely detailed and gave us all the information we needed to communicate the issues he found to our builder. He was great to work with and encouraged us to reach out to him after the inspection if we had additional questions. He was very responsive - he arrived on time for the inspection and sent our inspection report over to us the next day. Highly recommended!

Recently learned from my son that a friend of his had to go through a Radon remediation process due to a crack in their foundation. A Radon Inspection is not something we had gone through before and after reviewing how it could make my family sick, I decided to go through with the Inspection. A Real Estate friend of mine referred me to Inside Out Home Inspector and I am extremely happy they did. The Inspector, Aaron, came to my house and conducted the inspection. The process was simple, as he left a device at my house over the weekend and came back on Monday to get it. He made sure to work with my schedule which was very helpful. He also went above and beyond by not only completing the inspection but by also educating me on the causes of Radon issues as well as what to expect and how external issues like weather could affect the amount of radon in our home.
