My wife and I are first-time home buyers and Aaron from Inside Out Home Inspector recently completed our inspection... this guy is the man!
He was on time, very thorough, super cool, and what I enjoyed the most was that after each level of the home he inspected, I got to join him where he would then tell all the important details about what he just seen before he moved on to the next area of the house.
I got to learn not only alot about the home I am about to buy, but also I learned a lot about homes period. And as a first time home buyer that meant a lot.
If your in MD and you need a home inspector, stop looking now and book this guy.
Words truly can't express the service that Aaron Ankeny, (IOHI) provided me and my daughter. As I searched for a home inspection company, I ran across IOHI. From the very moment Aaron took the call, he spoke to me at length regarding the whole process. He answered all my questions without knowing if I was going to use him for the service needed. He went a step further and educated me on what I should look for in hiring an inspection company. Aaron is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable in his field. Aaron takes his profession, (gift/talent) serious and it shows in the services he provides.
Recently learned from my son that a friend of his had to go through a Radon remediation process due to a crack in their foundation. A Radon Inspection is not something we had gone through before and after reviewing how it could make my family sick, I decided to go through with the Inspection. A Real Estate friend of mine referred me to Inside Out Home Inspector and I am extremely happy they did. The Inspector, Aaron, came to my house and conducted the inspection. The process was simple, as he left a device at my house over the weekend and came back on Monday to get it. He made sure to work with my schedule which was very helpful. He also went above and beyond by not only completing the inspection but by also educating me on the causes of Radon issues as well as what to expect and how external issues like weather could affect the amount of radon in our home. Thankfully, our home was well within the acceptable threshold. I certainly will be using this company for any future home inspection needs I encounter and am very thankful for them easing putting my mind at ease so I have one less thing to worry about that could affect my family.
